What FMA Means To Me


FMA taught me
To never give up
No matter what people say
Or how high the obstacle
Or how deep the pain
Just keep going

FMA taught me
To value friendship
To cherish it for as long as you can
To not be afraid to lean on someone
To let them help me achieve my dreams
Hold them close

FMA taught me
To pursue my dreams
It may take a while to get there
But that's ok
I know in my heart I'll make it
that's all it takes

FMA taught me
That equivalent exchange is real
To see it in my everyday life
To know that every drop of
Blood, Sweat, and Tears
Will be worth it in the end

FMA taught me
I am only human
I cannot take on all the burdens of life
I am a fragile being
Whose life is so short
I'll make the most of it

FMA taught me
Loyalty goes farther than you think
It stretches past the battle fields in life
To the everyday labors
Reach out your hand to someone
And they will have your back

FMA taught me
To use the gifts I have
To not only better my life
But the lives of those around me
To stand on my own two feet
And walk
